WeWork: Beautifully Designed Workspaces Are Just the BeginningYour Blog Post Title Here...

When a client walks into your office for the first time, they’re paying attention to every detail. The friendly greeting at the door, the furnishings that are contemporary but still conducive to working, the spacious meeting room outfitted with the latest technology — they all say a lot about your company.

It’s hard to get every detail right, which is where WeWork comes in. With five locations in the Miami area, WeWork creates beautiful workspaces for companies of every size and shape, from the scrappy startup ready to disrupt their industry to the well-established international corporation expanding to a new market.

You might think you know what a coworking space looks like, but WeWork is more than that. The offices are smart, stylish, and tailored to your individual needs. There are plenty of spaces where you can get down to business, from nooks where you can have a one-on-one with a teammate to conference rooms where you can present a campaign to a major client.

No matter image you’re trying to project, WeWork has the perfect location. A few blocks from the beach, WeWork Lincoln Road and WeWork South of Fifth have a relaxed vibe that appeals to creative types. WeWork Brickell City Centre has a sleeker look reflected by its terrace overlooking the city skyline, while WeWork Security Building retains the handsome coffered ceilings and other original architectural flourishes of its landmark structure. And WeWork Ponce de Leon, in Coral Gables, has a sophisticated vibe, thanks to lots of natural materials and original art.

Other pluses include month-to-month leases and flexible spaces that can expand along with your company. Chris Lundberg, the founder of Frakture, says WeWork is perfect because his team “can just grow at our own pace, which has been fantastic for us.”

WeWork is about more than the right office space. Each building is fully staffed with people who see to your every need. The technology, such as video conferencing tools in the meeting rooms, is the best available. And events ranging from lunch-and-learn lectures to networking mixers keep you up to date with what’s happening in your field and plugged in with the local community.

Xavier Gonzalez, CEO of eMerge Americas — which connects business leaders in Latin America, North America, and Europe — says his organization was one of the first to move into WeWork Ponce de Leon. The location puts them in the same building as like-minded companies.

“WeWork attracts the kind of companies we want to do business with,” says Gonzalez. “There are at least two or three businesses on every floor have partnered with or will partner with in the future.”

Gonzalez appreciates that WeWork gives eMerge Americas a truly global reach. With more than 210 workspaces around the world, WeWork is everywhere eMerge Americas does business.

“Given the work we do, we travel frequently to Latin America,” Gonzalez says. “One of the pros for us about being members is ability to use a WeWork space in other cities when we’re traveling, whether it’s Mexico City or Buenos Aires.”

Juan Castellanos, co-founder of Alana Athletica, says his company’s space in WeWork South of Fifth is ideal for them. But the most important benefit for him is the WeWork staff. One employee helped him find a retailer for his company’s yoga pants in New York City. Another helped him set up a partnership with Samsung.

“I’m really appreciative everything WeWork has done for our company,” says Castellanos. “I can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are right now without WeWork.”
