In 2017, Miami businesses were optimistic about growth. 50% of respondents said they expected to increase full-time staff. However, they identified finding qualified professional employees as the most important issue they faced. Is this still the most important issue businesses face today?
Staying on top of new technology and developing new products or markets were other key issues that business owners in Miami identified in 2017. Respondents also recognized marketing and technology as their most important key areas for investment in the coming year. Your feedback will help us see where we are today, compared to last year.
